Let's say your company is recruiting 5 employees a day, who need to fill out 7 different documents to get started,and the HR department needs to fill out the same forms with different data over and over again.
It takes a huge amount of time. Our platform solves this problem. You add a worker into the database and fill in all the necessary fields, now the information is available for printing in any document and you do not need to do the same work again and again!
You can easily add any document, whether it is an invitation to work, medical certificates, a worker contract or wniosek for a residence card to the system.
Before doing this, it can be filled in with the appropriate tags once. After that, information about each new or existing worker will be automatically recorded in the document.
